Winding through the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin, the Franklin Christmas Parade is a beloved holiday tradition that celebrates the magic of Main Street and the spirit of the season. For more than 60 years, this cherished event has filled our downtown with festive music, dazzling floats, and joyful moments as families and neighbors gather to welcome Christmas—and Santa Claus—to Franklin.
This year’s parade honors the wonder, charm, and historic beauty that make Franklin’s Main Street so special during the holidays. It’s a celebration of community, togetherness, and the warmth that defines our city.
Since 2023, the Downtown Franklin Rotary Club has been entrusted with stewarding this legacy event. We are honored to carry it forward and remain committed to preserving the tradition as a joyful expression of gratitude to the community we proudly serve.
The Franklin Christmas Parade is held each year on the first Saturday in December, the same weekend as Franklin's Christmas Tree Lighting.
